im fairly certain even anabolic steroids don’t shrink the penis. they shrink the testicles, due to the fact that steroids pump testosterone into your body, making the testicles less and less needed to produce that hormone, and due to inactivity they shrink. even masturbating wont cause their activity to help them grow. masturbating is a one to two times a day thing. testosterone would happen all day.
