   It’s a ‘manhood’ thing.
   The funny part is that when guys see each other, it’s not with erections, but when flaccid. So you really can’t tell how big someone is anyway. But, if you sport a big package, you’re more of a man.
   Now, I will admit that in college, the girls all went for the guys with big units. If you were hung, you were guaranteed getting laid. And that info WAS passed along. And, it’s not like guys sport packages in the same way that girl’s breasts are seen. You pretty much know when you look at a girl what she’s got. It just doesn’t work that way with guys.
   Also, porn tends to skew a guy’s thinking. Guys are much more into porn than girls. And all the porn guys are bigger than average/huge. That’s a poor comparison to the majority of penises that at least I’ve come to know. Most guys are barely what I call ‘average’. But, believe me, average is plenty big enough.

   it’s one of those things that affect a guy’s rep i guess. like, you know how if you can’t bench a certain weight or whatever they laugh. i guess it’s just one of those things.

   i personly wish it wasnt like that i feel embarisd because im small. i dont care as much as guy knowing but i feel incure when i girl is to see

   Everyone is self-conscious to a degree. Also I would assume if a guy had a small penis he would feel somewhat insecure over the idea of someone else finding out. And let’s be honest women gossip about their men…

   For the same reason that women are insecure about their:
   1) boobs
   2) hotness
   3) clothing
   4) relationships
   5) make up
   6) what their friends are saying about them
   7) what Paris Hilton is doing

    They are afraid of what the world tells them is attractive, and embarrassing. Personally, I do not know why men care so much, it really depends on what women think, and also, with pornography, (no I do not look at porn, my friends do though…..No I am not gay!) men’s penises are larger, which intimidates the guy. Then there is not the size of the penis, but the size of the penis compared to the man’s body.
