Ascites is edema (fluid collected on) of the abdomen…maybe such a big belly that she couldn’t see it otherwise…???
Ascites is caused by liver problems.And maybe other things.
Difficult to tell exactly what you’re talking about. Is it one of these?
Circumcision: when the foreskin is removed and the glans is exposed all of the time
Phimosis: a problematic foreskin which will not retract normally, could require surgery to correct. (Circumcized men do not have this condition)
