It won’t stunt the growth. I’m sure it will grow, you have more years when it will grow, you could be a late developer. then again it might not grow, so don’t worry about it. But that would be genetic not caused by phimosis.
Stretching should solve your problem, pull your foreskin back as far as you can every day in the shower. It might be uncomfortable but don’t do it so it hurts. After a while it should get easier. If not, you can go to a doctor and ask for a steroidal cream called bethmethasone (or something like that – google it). You are absolutely right for not wanting to be circumcised and chances are the doctor would suggest it if you live in the USA or if he is stupid or wants the money. But the cream works in 90% of cases so print out the info and take it to the doctor if you go and say no to circumcision. Chances are the stretching should work for you, masturbation helps too.

Well i think you should go to the doctor. I dont think getting circumsized is the worst thing in the world. They would probably give you a lot of drugs to keep you asleep, it might hurt after though. I think 3.5 inches is a little bit small if you havent gone through puberty yet, but you will probably grow for a few more yeers.

Phimosis does not stunt the growth of your penis. The measurements of your penis are perfectly normal. All boys develop at different rates and phimosis will not effect the predetermined rate at which your penis will grow.
As long as you are able to urinate fine, there is no blood in your urine, and there is not pain in your penis, phimosis does not need to be corrected right away. If you do happen to retract your foreskin, and it gets caught behind the head of your penis, you need to tell one of your parents immediately. This is an emergency and could cause tissue death in the head of your penis!
