I wouldn’t get circumcised to please her given that she hasn’t suggested she’d prefer that. If you two get married, and she wants it, then consider it, but getting surgery because you think your current partner _might_ prefer it is a little crazy.

Unless you are planning to convert to Judaism, you do not need to get circumcised. If she knows you’re not Jewish (and I hope you haven’t been lying to her), then she won’t expect you to be cut.

Incidentally, if you should eventually have children with this woman, they are considered Jewish whether you are (born or converted) Jewish or not; the right to be a Jew passes from the mother to the child, not from the father. Some Jewish families accept intermarriage and others frown on it very severely.

Unless you are going to convert, keep your foreskin. It’s an important source of pleasure, and maybe you won’t stay with this girlfriend. In that case you will have reduced the sexual pleasure you and your future partners might have had for a short-term relationship, and you will deeply regret it.

If your girlfriend won’t accept you uncircumcized, then break up with her because if you can’t get past a small biological thing, there’s no way your relationship will last.
