I don’t think that it effected you penis, even if it did, probably not alot. Just enjoy what you have, why pay so much for a surgery that would make your penis larger, I mean there is a extra 1″ of penis or so inside your groin area and they can take it out, but you have to not have sexual intercourse for a long time and i think its more vulnerable. I suggest you stay with what you got, 5″ is not even that bad.
