well first ur penis size sofft and hard is fine. im 16 and ur bigger than me. but every boys is different when it grows from soft. some are longer soft and dont grow much when hard, and some are short soft and grow alot when gettin hard. mine is like only 2.5 soft and grows to 6. so i say ur growth is average but id say ur penis is pretty above average for ur age.
From what I’ve read there’s a wide range. Some can get like 3 or 4 times as big from soft to hard, and some hardly get any bigger at all. That’s why the soft size isn’t as important as the erect size.
Your size seems fine.
Stop worrying about exact measurements 3 point 2, six point point 2 and so on. This obsession is a sure sign of immaturity. What you describe is perfectly normal. Girls don’t care and men of my age just get so bored reading these questions.

You are only 15 so you really shouldnt be worrying about these things yet. I am sure you are fine.
