   You don’t give your age but you’re probably 11,12 ,13 or 14. If you have a little pubic hair you’re in the early stages of puberty because that is one of the first signs. Penis growth usually comes after pubic hair. Your development is entirely normal. Hope that helps but , if you still need help, give your age and other physical characteristics.
