   No masturbating does not affect the size of your penis because it is not a muscle. You are 14 and going through puberty, you are changing from a boy to a man and your penis will also grow bigger.
   Nothing to worry about keep on masturbating it is healthy and not harmful and don’t worry about the size of your penis there is nothing you can do about it.

    No effect on the size, but it could chafe – which will hurt – if you do it too much, especially if you don’t use anything to make the process go a little more…um…smoothly.
