   As I was telling someone else earlier, men make thousands of new sperm cells every single second. You cannot POSSIBLY decrease your own sperm count through masturbation, let alone keep up aheaed of production, so your theory is complete garbage.
   Sperm counts HAVE decreased all over the world, for reasons no one can really explain. Yet boys keep getting taller and babies keep getting born.
   If you were rendered sterile through accident, surgery or medication PRIOR to puberty, your male organs would remain undeveloped. You’d also be able to sing soprano at the opera. But you’d still grow.
