Check this site out and see if the pic is similar to what u describe and then go see your DOctor and get treatment. If this is not it then see a DOC anyways becuz I would if it bithered me.

I couldn’t guess what that is, but you should see a doctor. You might think it’s OK to ignore it since it has been there a long time and doesn’t hurt, but it could be a symptom of something else that is causing damage to you that you don’t see. Not to freak you out or anything, but a doctor visit is your best bet, if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease.

I would say its a plugged hair follicle and just needs to be pulled out…dont fret. Have your girlfriend help you out to remove it.
