    Yes it’s true, but only when you start young. It happens because your hormone levels change and are used differently, when you workout all your body resources concentrate on muscle recovery, so other body functions and parts get less resources and that’s why their development slows.
    Also hormone balance changes when you workout, and that doesn’t help growth in other areas except muscles.
    Take a look at gymnasts and powerlifters, they are small, never grow tall because they start workouts very early.
    It’s simple, when you workout young your muscles take the lead in using your body’s food, nutrients and hormones because they have to to recover, and because of this other body functions get less.

  • Wtf, nooo! Working out is suppose to be healthy for you. They say squats stunt your growth when your young but thats a myth. NO! Work out!

    nahh it’s not true… i’ve been working out for 8 years and I’m good cuz I have a 7” one…
