No. taking hot bath will increase blood circulation in your body, that includes your penis. its a different thing if you take a hot bathtub, cause it can diminish your sperm count.
i wouldn’t say that it stunts size or growth but it only age will make it “bigger” at about age 21 is usually the stopping point.
but soaking the testicles in hot water for 45 minutes a day for a month can temporarily sterilize you so thats all i can say

it is only on a temporary basis,,,heat with make your testicle drop lower and when they are cold they look smaller and draw up… the same with a penis, It is very difficult for a man to get an erection if it is cold,, when it is hot or war it is much easier,,
