It does not affect the size or length of it but depending on what your doing and how often it will likely curve your penis which is not always desirable.

It wont make you dick curve that’s a lie. When you become flacid, your penis pretty much loses it’s shape. It’s cool. Note that the first person to say that it would make it curved is a chick… soo… wtf does she know about penises? I don’t pretend to know about vaginas getting all flappy when you masturbate too much or something.
