   dont take steroids they wil make ur penis and balls smaller becuz one way it helps get ur muscles bigger is they circulate more blood to the muscles tht r working during ur workout routine and ur penis gets bigger wen more blood is circulated to it but becuz all the blood is in some other part of ur body it will ultimatly get smaller
