no you can not get pregnant the only way of pregnancy is intercourse or frozen sperm call down and if your worried about pregnancy you should make sure your on the pill and use a condom when u actually have sex
What i know is that you can only get pregnant with actual sexual intercourse,you wont get pregnant but be careful about swallowing his sperm because even though you cant get pregnant, you can still catch aids (which im sure he hasnt got)
