Sex has nothing to do with making a penis larger. Aside from puberty, the only medically valid way to permanently enlarge your penis is through surgery.

not likely, but its a slim chance. how hard and big a penis is depends on how much blood is flowing into it. when guys jerk off alot like once a day. their penis seemingly fills with less blood because their penis has become used to the sensation of masterbating every day. you said he hasnt had sex as much, so since he hasnt had sex as much, it could have been that his penis’ sensitivity levels rose, then when u had sex, he felt more sensations and this caused his penis to be bigger, because it feeled with more blood.
