well a penis is only a muscle and if you were to exercise it,it could become bigger. You could also try putting a wet towel and hold it there and let it hang and it could also get bigger.

1. if your younger than 24 …you may still be growing naturally.
2. there are no creams or pills or oitments that will make it grow bigger.
3. Stretching machines or weights will only stretch out your penis and could screw up the functionality of it. meaning u could lose your erection.
